Gramps Sebern's birthday

This week is your Gramps' birthday. We sent him this card! It says Papa because originally we thought he wanted to be called Papa but then everything changed and now he is Gramps.

6 months and counting

Spring is in the air here in Arizona. It feels so good to have my belly out in the warm sunshine. I am amazed at how fast 6 months has gone. Now that we are in the final trimester we are eagerly preparing for your arrival.

During the day I hardly even know you are there (except for this giant belly) But at night you really start kicking and moving around. You must sleep during the day while I am up and about. The rocking motion proabably lulls you to sleep.

I hope you enjoyed this beautful hike that we went on today! I enjoyed just spending the day with your dad and talking about how things will be when Clarity finally gets here. We already love you so much!

First camping trip

Since I have been pregnant we have moved from Chico, CA to Flagstaff, AZ. In that time we both started new jobs and have been too busy to camp. So, last weekend we went camping in our new pop up truck camper. It sure is hard to get in and out of that bed with such a bundle in my belly.

Clothes

Now that you are growing so much I have grown out of my clothes. Luckily I went to a naked ladies party last week which is a clothing swap. I found clothes that fit me perfectly, including this great tie dyed tank top. I wonder how big you will get.

First movements felt- 2o weeks

Yesterday while I was at work at Flagstaff Medical Center, I was taking a patient back to their room in the elevator and I felt little butterflies in my stomach. Not the nervous kind of butterflies but like I actually had little butterflies flying around and gently brushing against the inside of my tummy.

Clarity, you are right on schedule. My books all said that I would start to feel your movements at 20 weeks. They were right.
